I’m excited to be joining some fabulous ladies this year to host a “Clear the Clutter Challenge!” The challenge is a great way to work on your decluttering. Top Ten Bathroom Organizing Tips
No. 1) Keep extra TP on hand and close by. I put a basket or bin next to every toilet so no one is ever having to look for TP.
No. 2) Store guest towels in each bathroom. A few extra towels on standby make sure you are always prepared for guests!
No. 3) It is best to generally not store your medicines in a bathroom, due to the moisture that is usually present. In our past home, I opted to store our medicine in our powder bath where we didn’t shower and didn’t have moisture issues. One bin is for adults and the other one is for children.
No. 4) Have a candle in your guest bath and keep extra hand towels washed and ready to go.
No. 5) Place a toilet brush by each toilet for easy cleaning and a small garbage can too!
No. 6) Use trays to divide and organize make up and other products.
No. 7) Stacking baskets make for great vertical storage.
No. 8) Soften the decor of your bathroom with baskets or items that add texture.
No. 9) Use hooks as much as possible and assign different colored towels to your children. This makes it easier on everyone.
No. 10) Get creative with counter top containers. I found the above set at IKEA and they work great!
