One of my favorite things to do while I am working (cleaning/organizing) around my home, is to have the radio blaring, or a podcast playing. It feels like I am multi-tasking, but in a healthy way.
I find that by being intentional with what I listen to, I am able to continue being fed, encouraged, and challenged.
